Full Landscape Design Packet

This option is all-inclusive, including all the components needed to begin the process of installing your new landscape design! A great map to follow for the do-it-yourselfer, but is also an essential piece in having your landscape professionally installed.

It includes:

A detailed, to-scale drawing showing placement of plant material and hardscaping (pathways, retaining wall, arbors, etc). Drafting is done by computer, so the drawings are concise and easy to read.
A compilation of information in CD format, of all the plant material chosen for your design. Includes at least one photo of each plant along with care, maintenance and cultural information.
A Plant List showing botanical name, quantity needed and recommended size of plant to purchase.

The fee for this service will vary, as each property and the desires of the client are all unique and different. The hourly design rate is $75 per hour.

Front Yard or Back Yard only: Price for design services start at $800 and will depend on property size and scope of design work.
Full Property: Price for design services start at $1200 and will depend on property size and scope of design work.

For an accurate bid on design services, an Initial Meeting will be arranged so that the site and scope of design work can be evaluated. You will be presented with a proposal stating all details and cost.

On-Site Consultation:

This is a good option for homeowners that would like advice on general design issues or would like some suggestions on plant selections for any given area. Time is spent walking around your property discussing the area and the design possibilities. General sketching can be provided if needed. A Consultation is a less expensive way to get some design direction that will get you started on your landscaping adventure!

The fee for this service is $150 for the first hour, and $25 for each additional half hour thereafter.

If your needs are to have some help with a planting bed that is less than half the size of your front yard or back yard, an On-Site Consultation can be of help. For these smaller areas, If you need a scaled drawing with plants placed, then measuring and design time will be charged at a rate of $50 per hour.

Additional Services

Supplying Plant Material:

Plant material can be delivered directly to the site when you are ready to begin installation. Prices are competitive, you don't have to worry about choosing the plants yourself and your vehicle stays clean! Ask for a quote! It doesn't get much easier than that!

Containers Planting:

Container planting is a way to dress up an area that you enjoy for entertaining or an area you pass by or view frequently! Maybe you only have a limited area to showcase some colorful and interesting plants. Full and beautiful containers using annuals, perennials and grasses will brighten up your landscape.

Curb Appeal for Homes on the Market:
